How quickly do you process and ship orders?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, orders can be returned or exchanged. Please contact us to set up a return. Orders must be sent back and received within 30 days. Items must be in new and unused condition. If items are damaged, the buyer will be charged the original sale price with no refund or exchange. If an item is damaged from the shipping process, contact us to arrange a refund or exchange, if available. Note: due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some products, exchanges may not be possible, and a refund will be issued instead. Note sale items are non-refundable, and all sales on those items are final.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once the item has been returned in new condition, the customer will be issued a refund or store credit, the customer's choice. Allow 5 days from the time we receive your return to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
What is the return shipping cost, and who pays for it?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be received in its original condition.
What shipping service do you use?
We use USPS, the United States Postal Service. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any country that is eligible for delivery from USPS. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.
How do I know what size to order?
Before purchasing an item, please refer to our size guide and measure yourself with a measuring tape to ensure the garments fit well.
Where are your products made, and by who?
All items are handmade in the United States by the designer. Due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be variations from manufactured goods purchased from large brands. But rest assured, all items are made with care and love.
Yes, all personal information collected from you is used only to communicate with you, process your orders and payments, for security and fraud prevention, and comply with the law.
What payment forms do you accept?
Through our secure payment system, we can accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and other online payment methods. We cannot process cash, check, or money order payments.
